Debris leads to road block
A ROLLING road block was put in place after debris was spotted on the M65 at 7.25am yesterday.
Officers from the motorway police performed the manouvre, designed to slow traffic down without bringing it to a complete standstill, between junctions four and five, while the debris were removed.
