Forces Day cheer
PENDLE County Coun Azhar Ali has awarded a local member grant of £900 to a local branch of the Royal British Legion. The Nelson and District Branch applied for the funding from County Coun Ali to help with this year’s Armed Forces Day celebrations. The annual event takes place on June 28.
