When I was the councillor for Meadowhead Ward in 2002-2006, I had the probation service clean up the Heyes Lane, Blackburn, graveyard (LT, July 3) on two occasions. Why can they not do it now?
Why do the three councillors not get out and look at the mess and get the council or the probation on the Pay Back Scheme to go and clean up this overgrown area?
I bet they don't even know where it is.
