FOSTER carers from across Lancashire were celebrated at a lunch at Preston's County Hall.
All those who attended have been fostering for at least 25 years, caring for more than 400 children in total. Among them were Morecambe couple Mary and Thomas Williams, who have looked after 52 children in 27 years.
