PLANNERS are to visit a tractor yard at Capernwray where applicant Mr S Wightman is seeking consent to build new industrial units.
Over Kellet Parish Council has objected to the plans for Capernwray Road, raising concerns about the height of the units and their impact on the open countryside.
Lancaster City Council's planning and highways regulatory committee deferred its decision so members could visit the site.
