TARGETT Cecil Albert Passed peacefully away on 18th September aged 89 years. Loving dad to Barbara, Tony and Jayne, father-in-law to Peter, Jan and Graham, grandfather to Jonathan, Andrew, Vanessa, Robert, Emma and Alina. Now reunited with Cecilia. We will miss you so very much, forever in our hearts, God bless. Funeral to take place today, Thursday 27th September at 1.00pm at Salisbury Crematorium. Family flowers only.
