AN Oswaldtwistle school has been judged 'good' following a short Ofsted inspection.
The leadership team of St Mary's RC Primary School in Mayfield Avenue have maintained the good quality of education since the last inspection in 2013.
Inspector Tanya Hughes said in a letter to the headteacher Lesley Pemberton: " Leaders and governors know the school well.
"They base their evaluation and areas for improvement on the wealth of knowledge gathered.
"Leaders and governors have the pupils at the heart of what they do."
