A FOOTBALL fan with a four-year banning order was late handing in his passport when England were playing abroad.
Blackburn magistrates heard William James Guilfoyle handed in his passport the day before a match in Italy but should have brought it in three days earlier.
Guilfoyle, 27, of Cattle Street, Great Harwood, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a banning order. He was fined £35 and ordered to pay £105 costs.
