A REIKI artist from Great Harwood has seen his work go on display.

Edward Foster’s exhibition — Drawn From Within — is on show at Haworth Art Gallery, in Hollins Lane, Accrington, until Tuesday, July 22.

Mr Foster describes himself as “a visionary artist” who draws upon personal experiences he has had in nature to create his work.

“I paint with my heart as well as my hands,” he said. “Woods, rivers, mountains, and other natural landscapes offfer artistic and spiritual pilgrimage to me.

“Within these havens I have many encounters with animals, birds, trees and other essential beings of the living land.”
