Roadworks set to cause delays for motorists in Clayton-le-Moors
ROADWORKS are set to get underway in Sydney Street, Clayton-le-Moors, on Friday.
Engineers from Electricity North West will be working outside numbers nine and 11 to dig up a section of pavement in order to install a new connection.
A spokesman for the county council said the work is expected to last almost two weeks, and should be completed by Friday, April 24.
Traffic travelling down the street, close to the M65, will be expected to give and take.
