Crash causes tailbacks near Blackburn

GRANE Road between Blackburn and Haslingden has been partially blocked after a car hit a wall near the Grey Mare pub.

The accident, which happened at around 2pm, is causing tailbacks, police said.

The car that crashed was heading towards Blackburn.

Police have been to the scene and are investigating.

So Blackburn has won again. The PCT has cut the funding for smoking cessation in Blackburn and Darwen and has drawn it all back to Blackburn using 4 chemists to deliver the service. If the PCT can not spread the service out properly it should hand it over to the GP's who will handle the service much better as they know their patients histories. We need our own service provider in Darwen.
