WITNESSES to a ‘fail to stop’ accident on a Baxenden street have been asked to come forward.
A stationary Peugeot 307 was hit between midnight and 8.30am on Wednesday but no incident was reported by the driver involved.
The other vehicle, thought to have been travelling down Hollins Lane near the junction with Manchester Road, struck the Peugeot damaging the driver’s door and wing mirror and causing £1,000 in damage.
