Were the armed response police officers equipped with a black air-pistol, since it's reported that the assailant had used a black air-pistol?
.
The officers would have carried Heckler Koch kit with the earnest will to shoot to kill. The police are the state's killers without the fuss of a trial to establish guilt or innocence.
