A MULTI-million pound luxury development project which has transformed a derelict town centre district is set to be unveiled.
Three show apartments will be available to view on Saturday from 10am to 5pm.
The developer says the 55 apartments on six floors at Scaitcliffe Lodge, Accrington, near Hyndburn Council's offices at Scaitcliffe House, Ormerod Street, will provide "an exciting alternative approach to modern lifestyle".
The one and two-bedroom apartments are the latest development from Globe Enterprises, a partnership between Barnfield Develop-ments, regeneration company Stuart Nevison and Hyndburn Council.
The apartments are on sale for between £89,950 and £142,950.
