POLICE who went to the Accrington home of a 60-year-old man found a cannabis “farm.” Blackburn magistrates heard they recovered 29 plants with an estimated yield worth £15,000. Kenneth John Edwards, of Spring Street, pleaded guilty to producing cannabis and abstracting electricity without authority. He was committed on bail to Burnley Crown Court to be sentenced on May 30.
