TWO men have appeared in court charged in connection with an investigation into alleged human trafficking.
Police said that at around 5.30pm on Monday officers were called to a dispute between two groups in Tremellen Street, Accrington.

At the scene a 20-year-old Romanian woman was identified as being an alleged victim of human trafficking.
Two men were arrested at the scene in relation to that offence and have now been charged.
Ionet Dobre, 20, and Constantin Cobzaru,, 19, both of Primrose Street, Accrington, were both charged with causing/inciting prostitution for gain and arranging or facilitating the travel of another person with a view to exploitation.
They both appeared before Burnley Magistrates this morning and were remanded in custody to appear at Burnley Crown Court.
