TWO stolen Audis and a further 50 dismantled vehicles were found at an 'illegal chop shop' in Accrington last night, police said.

Insp John Fryer said officers discovered the garage behind RS Motors in Victoria Street at 10.55pm.

He said: "Two men were arrested on suspicion of theft of motor vehicles after officers discovered an illegal chop shop.

"The two stolen Audis have been removed from the site and will now be identified and hopefully returned to their owner.

"The other 50 vehicles were all in different states of dismantlement and we believe they are stolen.

"We will get them all identified and returned to their rightful owners."
