SEIZED: Officers raided an address in Hopwood Street
SUSPECTED amphetamines have been seized from a house in Accrington, police say.
Officers raided an address in Hopwood Street yesterday afternoon seizing a quantity of suspected amphetamine.
A vehicle was also recovered.
A Lancashire Police spokesman said: “A warrant under section 23 misuse of drugs act 1971 has been executed on Hopwood Street, Accrington where a quantity of suspected amphetamine has been seized.
“A vehicle has also been recovered in relation to the incident.”
Investigations continue.
