Accrington man charged with assault and damaging wooden gate
MICHAEL Bray, 22, of Countess Street, Accrington, was remanded on bail by Blackburn magistrates after pleading not guilty to assaulting Joni Necker, damaging a wooden gate belonging to her and attending an address in Church, where he was prohibited by a restraining order.
