John McCann
POLICE are appealing for information about a 47-year old-man missing from his home in Great Harwood.
John McCann, of Shakespeare Avenue, was last seen by his wife around 7pm on Friday, June 22 in Blackburn and has not been seen since.
PC Vicky Wilson said: "It is out of character for John not to be in contact with his wife and family and we would appeal to anybody that knows of John’s whereabouts or for John himself to contact police or his family and let us know he is safe.”
Mr McCann is white, around 5ft 8inches tall, of slim build with short grey hair. He has a distinctive small brown mark near his right eye and a tattoo on his upper arm which reads 'Mum and Dad'.
John has family connections in Blantyre in Scotland. Information: call Lancashire Police on 101.
