FORTY four employees at Express Gifts in Clayton-le-Moors have gained NVQ training after winning government funding.
Over the past year the firm, which also has a base in Church, provided the training in customer services, learning and development and business administration.
Training manager Moosa Choohan said: “The programme has allowed the staff to gain qualifications that can be used throughout their careers and also provided a boost to morale within the department.”
A presentation day will be held at the Clayton offices later this month.
