ARSONISTS torched a derelict property in Rishton which then spread to four others houses.
Firefighters said four of the properties in Spring Street on fire were derelict.
The last of the row had a woman in at the time but she left before firefighters arrived around 1.20pm on Monday.
They then spent more than four hours tackling the blaze.
