RESIDENTS have been asked to have their say on a council's budget.
Cllr Abdul Khan, who is the chair of the resources overview and scrutiny committee, has invited the residents of Hyndburn to take part in the council’s budget consultation meeting.
The leader of the council, Cllr Miles Parkinson, will also attend the meeting to answer questions about the budget.
Cllr Khan said; “This is an opportunity for our residents and businesses to hear about the Council’s budget issues and to quiz us about the budget for next year.”
The meeting will take place at the council offices, in Ormerod Street, Accrington from 2.30pm on Monday, February 19
Budget papers will be available from 14th February on the Council’s website - www.hyndburnbc.gov.uk.
