M65 near Accrington
A FOUR car crash on the M65 caused delays for motorists.
The incident happened at around 8.40am between junction seven and junction six heading westbound near to Accrington.
Police said all three lanes of the road had to be closed while emergency services cleared the scene, causing delays to drivers.
Highways England said the road was later reopened by around 9.30am.
The fire service also attended.
