HEARING: Blackburn Magistrates Court.
A 24-YEAR-OLD man has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged in connection with an incident when a woman allegedly had a chunk bitten out of her arm.
David Thomas Osbaldeston, 24, of Spring Street, Rishton, pleaded not guilty to assaulting Marie Magee causing her actual bodily harm and assaulting Glenda Walsh. He was sent in custody to Preston Crown Court to stand trial.
