POLICE are warning motorists to make sure their cars are locked after reports of thefts from cars in Oswaldtwistle.

Hyndburn Police put a statement on their Facebook page and also released CCTV images of a man they want to speak to about an incident on Monday.

The statement read: "We wanted to let you all know that we've still been getting reports over the last few days of thieves taking items from unlocked cars, particularly in the Stanhill area.

"Please, please remember to remove all items of value from your car and make sure it's locked (always a good idea to check the doors!).
