AN APPRENTICE gardener used his skills to set up a mini-cannabis production unit at his home.
Liam Andrew Fishwick, 24, of Albert Street, Oswaldtwistle, pleaded guilty to producing cannabis.
He was fined £120, with £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.
