TWO men who had been fighting with two others outside the Broadway pub in Accrington became abusive towards the doorman when he refused to let them in.
Blackburn magistrates heard Adam Corbett and Gary Paul Hilton said they would smash him in and cut his throat and Hilton made homophobic comments.

Corbett, of Earl Street, Clayton-le-Moors, and Hilton, 35, of Haworth Street, Rishton, pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence and Corbett pleaded guilty to an earlier offence of using threatening behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
Corbett was sentenced to eight weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, subject to a community order with a 35 day rehabilitation requirement fined £150 with £150 criminal court charge, £85 costs and £80 victim surcharge.
Hilton was sentenced to six weeks in prison suspended for 12 months with a 15 day rehabilitation requirement and ordered to pay £50 compensation, £150 criminal court charge, £85 costs and £80 victim surcharge.
Scott Parker, defending, said neither of his clients had much recollection of the incident because of drink.
