A PICTURE of an Accrington man wanted for allegedly harassing his ex partner has been released by police.
Between October 2014 and June 2015 it is alleged Raymond Sergeant, 18, of Water Street, Accrington sent an ex-partner numerous calls and text messages.

He was due to speak with officers on June 26 but is still missing.
Police believe Sergeant is living in the Accrington area but said he has links to Rossendale and Blackpool.
Sergeant is described as having blue eyes and brown hair.
