POLICE are investigating reports that a man was forced into the boot of a car before it was driven off.
The incident is thought to have happened in the Milnshaw Park area of Accrington between 4.30pm and 5pm on Friday.
Police are looking for a silver car, possibly a Nissan or Vauxhall, in connection with the incident.
No arrests have been made and police say the investigation is ongoing.
A spokesman for Lancashire Police said: "Witnesses reported seeing a man forced into the boot of a car on Milnshaw Park before driving off. The car is described as possibly being silver and a Nissan or Vauxhall. To help us identify those involved I'm appealing for any witnesses who may have seen what has occurred or have any information to contact us."
