A WOMAN who crashed her car into a lamppost failed a breathalyser.
Emma Holden, 30 of Eachill Road, Rishton, pleaded guilty at Blackburn magistrates to drink-driving.
She was fined £110 with a £150 court charge, £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge and banned from driving for 12 months.
Andy Robinson, prosecuting, said police attended a crash in Livesey Branch Road at 4.30 am.
Holden said her sister was threatening to walk to her boyfriend’s house and she didn’t want her to and decided to drive.
