A 29-YEAR-OLD man who was subject to a football banning order failed to inform police when he changed address.
Blackburn magistrates heard Matthew John Clitheroe had bought a house with his partner and football was no longer a part of his life.

Clitheroe, of Russell Place, Great Harwood, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a football banning order.
He was fined £50 with £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.
Richard Prew, mitigating, said when Clitheroe first handed in his passport he had never got it back from the police.
