A TEENAGER 'lost control' after drinking 12 pints on a night out with friends.
Blackburn magistrates heard Llloyd Maud was thrown out of an Accrington pub and then spat at a special constable who asked him to moderate his language and behaviour.

Maud, 19, of Queens Road West, Accrington, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly and assaulting a police officer in the execution of his duty. He was made subject to a curfew for four weeks between 7 pm and 7 am and ordered to pay £75 compensation and £60 costs.
Scott Ainge, prosecuting, said police saw Maud shouting and swearing and squaring up to people who had nothing to do with him. He was warned about his behaviour but failed to respond and was arrested. During his arrest he spat at an officer.
Peter King, defending, said in the cold light of day Maud recognised his behaviour was 'disgusting and out of order'.
"He had never drunk that much before and he just lost control," said Mr King.
