THE death of a man who fell from the top of Accrington’s Arndale Shopping Centre car park is being investigated by East Lancashire’s coroner.
Coroner Michael Singleton opened an inquest into the death of Mohammed Shaffak, 23.
The hearing was told Mr Shaffak, of Chester Street, Accrington, was taken to the Royal Blackburn Hospital but later died after his fall on November 16.
Mr Singleton has adjourned the inquest until February 5 so he can gather statements and evidence.
