A NATIONAL charity is donating wheelchairs to East Lancashire Hospitals to help patients with disabilities and health problems move around.
Path to Success is a charity dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities and health problems and throughout 2012 the organisation is donating wheelchairs to over 60 NHS hospitals.
The wheelchair donation is part of the charity’s ’60 for 60’ wheelchair campaign and was developed to celebrate HRH Queen Elizabeth’s 60th Anniversary.
The Trust Chairman, Hazel Harding said: “We are extremely grateful for the donation of the wheelchairs and on behalf of the Trust, I’d like to thank Path to Success for this gift.”
