A PROJECT has been launched to investigate why people do not share their experiences with health and social care services.
Healthwatch Lancashire are working on a project to explore the public’s appetite to share feedback and engage with health and social care services.
The health watchdog has found that over 90 per cent of people do not share their experiences with the services.
