A MENTAL health practitioner has bagged a position at next year’s London Marathon.
Toby Campbell will be raising vital funds for the East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust (ELHT) charity ELHT&me.
To secure the position, potential runners sent applications to ELHT&me fundraising manager Denise Gee, highlighting their motivations and fundraising ideas.
Ms Gee said: “We read many submissions but Toby was the obvious choice.
"His application just leapt out at us.
"He’s very committed to training and excited about fundraising plans.”
