THE Nightingales Day Nursery at Airedale General Hospital has been given a 'Good' rating in its latest Ofsted report.
The nursery, which cares for more than 80 children, was praised for its effective leadership, quality of its teaching, personal development, behaviour and the welfare of children.
The nursery cares for babies across East Lancashire from 10 weeks old to school age.
Val Hogg, childcare provision manager at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust, said: "We are very pleased to receive such a good report.
"It’s a tribute to the hard work and dedication of our staff and a reflection of their commitment to the children they care for every day.
