A PENDLE high school is making satisfactory progress, according to a monitoring inspection by watchdogs Ofsted.
Marsden Heights Community College, Brierfield, was visited by inspectors under new procedures for all grade three, or satisfactory, schools.
They said the school was improving the quality of teaching, learning by sharing best practice, and working to raise standards and improve boys’ achievement.
Inspector Garry Jones said: “You have made satisfactory progress in developing the school’s capacity for further improvement.”
