ROCKING youngsters hit the right note at a special live music event last night.
Rockfest saw pupils from schools across the area take to the stage at King George’s Hall in Blackburn.
The fourth annual event saw pupils aged between 11 to 16 perform a variety of tracks live.
Blackburn with Darwen Music and Arts Service have organised the event.
Schools who took part in this year’s Rockfest included: The Redeemer Primary School; Crosshill School; Pleckgate High School; St Wilfrid’s C of E High School; Our Lady and John’s High School; Witton Park High School; Darwen Vale High School; St Bede’s High School and Darwen Aldridge Academy.
