VISITORS will get an introduction to lamb butchery at Wheatsheaf Hill Farm in Edgworth on July 10.
The hands-on experience at the Plantation Road venue will include an explanation about the breeding of the lambs, a farm tour, an insight into the maturing process and experience in preparing cuts from half a lamb.
The evening will finish with an informal meal using your own lamb.
Tickets cost £125 including half a lamb and a two-course meal with wine or beer.
