Brother, 20, in peace breach

Police called by a mother who was concerned about her son's behaviour found him being restrained on the floor by his older brother.

Adam Coates, 20, of Highercroft Road, Lower Darwen, admitted a breach of the peace and was bound over in £30 to keep the peace for six months.

Michael Singleton, defending, said an argument between the brothers had simply gone too far.
