YOUNGSTERS in Blackburn and Darwen can travel on buses at a reduced rate this summer thanks to a deal between the council and Transdev Lancashire United.
Youngsters up to 16 in full-time education need a BeezBuzzcard to get the £1 Spot On for Fun day ticket, which is valid for one day's unlimited travel on Spot On and Lancashire United buses in the Blackburn and Darwen area.
You need to present the card to the driver to buy the ticket.
Pick up an application form at council leisure centres, or call 01254 708080.
Take completed forms to any council leisure centre, with birth certificate or passport and £2, which covers the cost of photo, to be taken at the leisure centre.
