A DARWEN couple have won a brand new Mini First car in a fund-raising raffle in aid of East Lancashire Hospice.
TV’s Dancing On Ice judge Karen Barber pulled out Mr and Mrs Tattersall's ticket when the draw was made at Blackburn's Mall shopping centre.
