POLICE are appealing for information after a man exposed himself to two dog walkers.
The incident happened around 7.20pm on Friday July 16, when a man riding a moped exposed himself to two women within 10 minutes, at Blacksnape Road, and Marsh House Lane.
He is white and was wearing shorts and a motorcycle helmet.

Well, never mind ... he'll soon castrate himself when he has a tumble on his moped whilst not wearing appropriate clothing. Now let's see? Was this also a drug dealer riding his 'goped' and had a quick 'jolly' on the way or smashed out of his head and didn't know he had no trousers on whilst riding a moped.

Just one thing, though, why has it taken almost 2 weeks to get reported? Does time move differently in Darwen perhaps?
