VOLUNTEERS and donations are needed as a charity shop returns to Darwen town centre.
Broken Arcs was set up by Christian charity worker Pat Monks, of Holden Fold, seven years ago but closed down in 2007 as she became more involved in foreign missions.
She is currently working on different projects in four countries. They include a sewing project in Malawi, a chicken rearing project in Panama, helping lepers in India and an agricultural and medical mission in Cameroon.
All proceeds from the charity shop, which opens in Duckworth Street today, will fund the projects. Anyone able to help is asked to contact Pat on 01254 775358.
