Swimming safety campaign launching in Edgworth

A WATER safety campaign will be launched today at Wayoh Reservoir, Edgworth.
The police, primary school pupils, members of Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Lancashire Fire and Rescue and United Utilities will be highlighting the dangers of swimming in open water.
The event will launch Operation Twitch, part of the Summer Nights initiative, aimed at tackling alcohol related anti-social behaviour.
