A TRIBUTE left in memory of Jason Taylor outside the bar he died which had been removed has now been returned.

Jason, 23, from Darwen, was stabbed with a champagne glass in the Esco-Bar, in The Green, Darwen last weekend and died early Sunday morning.

A floral tribute was paid to the 23-year-old man outside the bar where he died last Monday.

On Wednesday, his sister, Meghanleigh Taylor, had launched an appeal to find out who has removed an item which she put down to pay respect to her brother.

In a Facebook post, she said: "I put the J down next to my brother's flowers last night and I went back down today and it wasn't there.

"I didn't want to put this on Facebook but considering I have asked my family and Esco Bar if any off them have took it in they haven't.

"If anyone has it at all please return it, even if you don't tell me who it is as long as it is returned. Please."

The letter 'J' tribute was returned to the memorial yesterday.
