WHITEHALL Park Supporters Group has three more events to come before Christmas, its chairman has reported to Darwen Town Council.
Stephen Duncan said on Saturday it will hold its final children’s gardening club of the year from 2pm to 4pm, double the normal length.
On Saturday October 28, the park will host a Hallowe’en party in the late afternoon and early evening.
At 6pm to 8pm on December 16, the group will hold its Christmas Carol Concert with Darwen Brass Band and Santa Claus.
Mr Duncan also told the councillors that it annual meeting had decided to adopt the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council’s model constitution for community groups.
He added that its MacMillan Coffee Morning had raised £360 for the cancer support charity.
