TODAY'S Autumn Street Fair in Blackburn town centre will have a taste of not just the town but the globe.
King William Street and Town Hall Square will come to life between 10am and 4pm with the bright blue market stalls featuring homemade cakes, crafts and candles.
A tasty highlight will be a street food feast from around the world including locally produced pies, gourmet burgers, pizzas, Indian delicacies and Thai dishes.
Blackburn BID’s Autumn Street Fair will include entertainment provided by the town's People’s Choir and Blow Jangles on the pop-up band stand.
There will also be a display of Owls and Hawks as well as fairground rides.
Blackburn Market will be hosting Katy Ashworth from CBeebies 'I Can Cook' from 1pm to 3pm.
Harriet Roberts, Blackburn BID manager said, ‘There’s always a buzz around town when the street fairs are held.
"We have had a really positive response from our business members who says that the events have been successful in increasing footfall and bringing new visitors into the town to shop on Saturdays.’
